Not all movements are equitable, the evidence shows us the more complex and challenging, the more therapeutic. “These past weeks have been so full of energy and excitement. When I decided to take some graduate courses, I did not know I was going to enjoy them this much. I loved all the things that we talked about and learned in your classes. I couldn’t tell you which is best. I have learned so much from all of them, and the best thing is that it not only helps me in the classroom , but in my personal life. I have always been a believer that music and movement are the key for success on so many levels. Now having all of your research and findings just makes more sense” – Lissette, DPS
