What if we could train ourselves to be happy? Would you do it? Happy people are more productive, healthy, and active, save more money and have significantly more joy in relationships. Forty years of research on positivity has revealed a path no longer reserved for the lucky. No matter what life event or personality trait, daily actions especially gratitude can take us from ordinary and despair to a state of happiness. You will love what it looks like in the brain.

Current research shows that the students with the highest levels of reported happiness, score the highest on standardized test scores, report the highest levels of engagement, and have the best classroom behavior.
Adults with the highest levels of reported happiness have the highest levels of job performance and productivity, the lowest rates of divorce and disease.
You’ll learn the strategies shown to CREATE happiness, and the majority of them are writing, reading, speaking and activities all underlying our State Mandates.

All courses are available for university credit, post-graduate continuing education, and/or teaching recertification credits. Access is granted for up to 12 months after purchase.

3-Credit Courses require 45 hours of engagement. If online, 16 hours of recorded content and 29 hours of additional application. If in-person, 6 hours of lecture and 39 hours of additional application. Duration of course: 3-weeks minimum (we cannot accept submission prior to 3-weeks after the time of purchase).

Additional Application: Examples of various strategies and activities will be provided for you to choose from. Please Note: University credit is an additional fee. Please be sure to contact your district for credit requirements.
